Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

Arrival (8:00am-8:15am Monday through Friday. Please note that there is no adult supervision before 8:00.)

Students will enter the school through the front door, Schwarz Rd or the cafeteria doors, which will open at 8:00 am. Morning announcements will begin at 8:15 am: 

  • Students may go to the cafeteria for breakfast (served 7:50-8:05) Cafeteria doors open for students eating breakfast at 7:50 am.

Students must be in their classrooms by the time announcements end, or they will be counted as tardy/absent. 

Dismissal 

Students will be dismissed MTTF at 3:25 pm; Wednesdays students will dismiss at 1:55 pm. 

  • Parents will display the Eagle Placard and wait in the car line for their students to be called.  
  • If there is inclimate weather, K-2 students are released from the cafeteria doors, and 3rd-5th are released from the gym.
  • If you need to pick up your child early, please call before to set up a pick up time. All students must be signed out in the office. No early pick ups after 2:55pm MTTF or 1:35pm on Wed.
